I haven't had too much luck with tradesman in the past however was very impressed with the work Ray did. When I bought the timber that I used to lay the floors the guy I bought it off explained that the sanding and polishing of the the floors was the most important part in the process and it would be best to hire a professional rather than attempt it yourself.
I am glad I took his advice and hired him as the floors look amazing. Ray was also very punctual turning up exactly when he said he would and completed the work on time. Stacey this wife was also good to deal over the phone and via email. I would recommend Ampersand to anyone.

Very happy with our floors. We got them done in May 2013 and still look amazing. People always coment on our gorgeous floor. Ray worked quite long days to make sure the floors were finished on time (we had a birthday party that weekend). Would recommend you to everyone

A friend recommended Ampersand to me after she had the floors in her house polished and after viewing the job I immediately called and requested a quote. I was impressed with the price that was quoted and booked the work in. My floors look amazing! I had the lounge, hall and bathroom polished and the old cork tiles in the kitchen sanded and refinished. The house looks completely different (I had carpet previously) and I couldn't be happier. Ray was very professional and Stacey was wonderful in organising the whole job. I highly recommend Ampersand!!
